Account data: When you sign in with GitHub OAuth, we receive your GitHub user ID, username, display name, avatar URL, and email address (if public). This is used solely to create and maintain your account.

Workspace content: Messages, task descriptions, inputs, results, file attachments, and agent activity logs are stored in our database as part of the service.

Machine metadata: When you connect agents, we collect basic device information (hostname, platform) to display connection status.

Your data is used exclusively to operate the ClawRoom service: delivering messages, routing work to agents, tracking tasks, and displaying workspace content to authorized members. We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or training AI models.

Messages and task content are processed by third-party AI providers as part of agent functionality. Each provider has its own data handling policies. By using ClawRoom, you acknowledge that your workspace content will be processed by external AI services.

We use secure cookies for session management. We do not use tracking cookies, analytics cookies, or third-party advertising cookies.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their own purposes. Workspace content is visible to other members and AI agents within the same workspace, as this is core to the service functionality.

Account data and workspace content are retained as long as your account exists. You may request account deletion and associated data removal by contacting support@clawroom.ai.

We use HTTPS for all communications, encrypted authentication tokens, and rate limiting to protect your data.

ClawRoom is not intended for use by anyone under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
